Leasing of an instrumental entitles you to a single mix down of the said track in High Quality 320kbps Mp3 format. This license grants you(purchaser) the ability to use the said material toward one(and only one) application including but not limited to: Mixtapes, Radio play, DVDs, CDs with small scale distribution(1000 copies or less), and websites. The leasing of a track does not entitle the purchaser to any copyrights of the said material. If more than one application is required for the said material, please consult concerning exclusive pricing for the track. Altruwest Productions reserves the exclusive copyright to the material and retains the ability to grant licenses to the said material to other purchasers. Upon payment, purchaser will be invoiced and sent a download with designated mix downs in High Quality Mp3 format. A licensing agreement will be signed and e-mailed to the purchaser upon payment.
